Hybrid Licensing

This expansion, available through the Hybrid Cannabis Cultivator License, allowed only existing licensed medical marijuana cultivators or vertically integrated compassion centers to apply during the moratorium period. This program licenses 6 Industrial Hemp growers and handlers who are authorized to cultivate and process hemp-derived products within the state.
